Who we are
QuickSale Partners is a trading name of Jack Stevens, a sole trader. Jack Stevens is the data controller for the information you give us on this website.
We are an introduction service. We don't buy property or make offers. We help you check whether a cash sale suits you, then link you to a cash buyer we work with.

What we collect and why

Who we share it with
We do not pass your name, email, phone number or postcode to our cash-buyer partner. If you choose to continue to our partner, you'll go to their website and give your details to them directly. They then handle your data under their own privacy policy. We currently work with SellTo, a trading name of Boss Realty Limited. Read SellTo's privacy policy.
When you click through to our partner, our affiliate network, Awin, records the click with a random reference number (not your personal details) so the partner can pay us a referral fee. See Awin's privacy policy.
We also use service providers who process data for us under contract: Cloudflare (website hosting and secure storage of enquiries) and Brevo (email). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 12 months after your last interaction with us, then delete them. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we keep a record of that so we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your marketing consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact hello@quicksalepartners.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO.
Cookies
We don't use advertising cookies. Our affiliate network, Awin, sets a tracking cookie only when you click through to our partner, so the referral can be credited.
